MMDCEs Issues Communiqué to fight Child Labour in Cocoa Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) have issued a communiqué in Kumasi to help fight worst forms of child labour in the cocoa sector. The communiqué was issued at the end of a two-day sensitization workshop organized by the NPECLC Secretariat for newly appointed MMDCEs from 47 cocoa growing districts.     Kumasi, Ghana (August 6, 2008).
