Facilitators Manual for Best Practices Developed/validated

The NPECLC combines efforts with both governmental and non – governmental organizations whose activities concerns cocoa production.  Many organizations and field officers apply a myriad of approaches in dealing with child labour.  The NPECLC having realized the different approaches developed a Draft Facilitators’ Manual (harmonizing the different approaches to combat child labour) at its 8th Partner’s Forum.

The Facilitator’s Manual provides a guide to implementing partners working in the field and supporting communities in the fight against the worst forms of child labour in the cocoa sector. It also provides guidance and support to trained community development facilitators and practitioners who are fairly skilled in community-based interventions particularly on the fight against child labour.
