Mr. Sam Atukwei Quaye National of the Ghana Child Labour Monitoring System (GCLMS) for the Programme. He has vast experience in Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship and Leadership.  Mr. Sam Atukwei Quaye holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy and is currently pursuing an Executive Masters (Major: Project Management) in Business Administration at the University of Ghana Business School, Legon.
